Custom Metalwork

Skol Studio & Design offers custom metal work by Jeff Skoloda. Jeff graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Stevens Point in 1994 with a BFA and has been doing metal work ever since. After graduating Jeff moved to Loveland, Colorado and started working for Loveland Sculpture Works. It was here that Jeff continued learning and practicing the techniques of lost wax bronze casting. After six years with Sculpture Works he started Skol Studio & Design. Jeff has created custom projects including furniture, sculpture, architectural, and structural steel. Jeff's work is quite distinct in that it is flowing and organic in style. Living and working in Ouray has been truly inspirational for Jeff.

Gallery

Skol Gallery is located in Ouray, Colorado and is owned and operated by Jeff and Nicole Skoloda. Our gallery represents local and regional artists. We have a wide variety of mediums ranging from paintings to furniture. We are also in the process of creating an outdoor sculpture garden next to our Main Street gallery location.

Upcoming Events

Ouray County Performing Arts Guild has asked Skol Gallery to host the hors d'ourves session of their second annual Arts Beat Progressive and Entertaining Dinner on May 30.  This is a sold out event and will surely be a great evening.  Ticket holders will begin their evening at our gallery and Venue Roscoe Fox.  Then they will go to the Tundra at the Beaumont Hotel for dinner and then off to the Wright Opera House for dessert and a dance performance.
